Order process

After you complete the order, you will receive a email to confirm your order, then computer generated receipt of your order by email once your payment is accepted. Within in 2 working days, after your order has been shipped, you will be emailed again with confirmation of this. If you don't get a reply within a day, please email us because you might have sent us an email address with a typing error in it or your provider has been offline.





By Internet:

We accept the following credit cards:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club Card.

All our credit card transactions are processed by DPS using high level security.



Offline payment:


 If you choose this payment method you will be supplied with the account information when you confirm your order. Please show your order number as the reference. Any bank charges charged by the remitting bank must be paid for by the customer.

We need to receive the payment for this order before it can be dispatched. Normally your bank payments and deposits will show on our account in 4-5 working days. However it can take longer depending on your bank's processing times.



Our cheque for this order must be cleared before your order is  dispatched. Please allow 4-5 working days for cheques to be cleared. Please plan your payments and orders accordingly. We cannot send your order on the same day the cheque is received at our office; it must be cleared first, so please allow for this time.


  •  Western Union

We can also accept payment by Western Union. If you wish to use this payment method select "Bank Wire" as your payment option and make a note on the order that you will be paying by Western Union. When you have made the payment send an email to sales@nzgreenhealth.com  with payment code and order number.
