If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unopened product to us for a refund, replacement or credit.

Please note the following:

• Delivery and packing cost will not be refunded.
• We cannot accept the return of damaged or opened goods.
• Returns must be made within 10 days from the day you received your order.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned parcel at our New Zealand Distribution Centre, we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

• If you paid by credit card or online payment, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

• If you paid by cheque or money order, a cheque will be issued to you within 7–21 business days from the date your parcel is received at our distribution centre.
