Your online order will generally be processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment.

Parcels are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery within New Zealand is usually 1-3 working days.

International air mail (no tracking) delivery outside New Zealand is usually 10-15 working days.

DHL Express track trace and EMS track trace delivery outside New Zealand is usually 5-7 working days. Available to selected destinations only, extra charge applied.

To provide reliable shipping services, We are using NZ Air Mail to delivery the goods.We select the best company suited for delivery to each destination.

 

We are US FDA registered company for shipping to USA.

 

If you require Track and Trace on your package there would be an additional cost for this service and it would have to be requested in order to obtain a quote.

 

 

Terms and Conditions


The shipping charge is mainly a free service for customers from all over the world, there is a minimum order requirement of $99 NZD , otherwise there is $20 NZD for the shipping cost.

 
 
 
International Customs and imports: Our charges do not include customs, VAT or any import taxes. Our experience is that most of our international orders are not charged any customs. However, since imports and customs are the responsibility of the buyer, please make sure that items you order will not be held on entering your country, and that customs regulations are acceptable to you. WARM WEATHER ADVISORY: Softgel Products. We do our best to ensure that you receive your items in good condition. However, we can not control the hot weather! Here are handing tips for products during the summer months:
  • Do not store items in your car.
  • Store the softgel products in a cool place or take them with you.
  • Place items in a cooled environment for at least 2 hours before opening.
