What is EPO?

Evening primrose oil is the oil from the seed of the evening primrose plant. Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) is a rich natural source of Omega-6 essential fatty acids (EFAs), Gamma-linolenic Acid (GLA) and Linoleic Acid (LA).
