When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 5–14 business days via international airmail.

In some cases, delivery may take longer (up to 4–6 weeks) due to customs processing or delays.

Large orders (over 2kg) may be shipped in multiple packages and could arrive separately.


Why is my delivery delayed?

Most delays are caused by customs clearance, local postal handling, or peak season demand.

We recommend allowing additional time during holidays or busy periods.


My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If it has been more than 14 business days since your order was shipped, please contact us for assistance.
